If any server goes down, an alert will be generated to our technical staff through email. Also an sms will be sent to our technical manager.
In addition to the external monitoring, we also utilize our own internal service monitoring. So, if any service on any server goes down, our monitoring system will attempt to restart it. If it is not successful for any reason, an alert will be generated, and our technical staff onsite will investigate.
